I travelled with Out2Safari for a Maasai Mara safari and I have had an amazing experience. Everything was organized from the word go — pickup, game drives, accommodation, meals. The guide knew exactly where to find the animals and we saw so much on every drive. Excellent Service, Great Experience. We had an excellent experience with Out2safari planning our trip to Kenya and Tanzania which covered Nairobi, and Masai Mara. From our first conversation with Betty, the process felt remarkably easy. We explained the kind of trip we wanted, made a few adjustments along the way, and she managed to turn those ideas into an itinerary that felt completely tailored to our family, while still keeping within our budget and the time we had available. I normally spend a huge amount of time planning our family trips myself—researching hotels, transfers, activities and all the small details in between. This time, having Ou2safari take care of everything meant I could simply enjoy Kenya instead of constantly thinking about the next booking or transfer. This was such a memorable trip for us, and a big part of that was thanks to our Expedition Leader. From the very beginning, he made us feel well looked after and completely at ease. His knowledge of the wildlife, plants and landscapes was impressive, but what stood out even more was the way he shared that knowledge in such an engaging and easy-going way. He was also incredibly organized, which meant we could simply relax and enjoy the journey without worrying about the details. He handled the group very well and was especially wonderful with the children—patient, attentive and always ready to keep them interested and involved. We also loved how connected he was with the different camps. Everything seemed to flow naturally, and we always felt genuinely welcomed wherever we stayed. Each day brought something special. The game drives were excellent, the surprise bush meals were such a treat, and the sundowners became some of our favorite moments. The food throughout the trip was delicious and varied, and there was always something new to look forward to. What we appreciated most was how cared for we felt throughout the safari.
